NOTARY BONDS
If you provide notary public services, most states will require you to have a Notary Bond promising that you will conduct your duties in compliance with the law. A financial guarantee that you will fulfill your obligations, a Notary Bond protects the state and public from financial harm due to omission, mistake or wrongful act by the notary.
